Clear Cache and Cookies (all web browsers)

Many times our web browsers become clogged up with old cached webpages and cookies from our previous visits to pollstar.com. This sometimes can hinder viewing new or current data on pollstar.com


We first suggest refreshing your current page view:

1. PC click F5 or hold Ctrl + R

2. MAC  click Command + Shift+R or hold Shift +Refresh


Edge: (delete cookies for a specific site) Click here 



Safari

For iPhone, MacBook, iPad and other Apple devices using the Safari web browser please follow steps below;


Open Safari

Click the Safari menu in the top left corner

Click Settings

Click Privacy

Click Manage Website Data

Select pollstar.com 

Click Remove or Remove All again to confirm

Click Done

Close the dialogue box

Press Command +Q to quit Safari


Reopen Safari and go to pollstar.com login and please report results.
