Troubleshooting Tips



1) Make sure the browser is the latest version.
2) Try accessing pollstar.com on a different machine or mobile device, see if the results differ.
3) If you have any browser plugins/extension, please  disable those services.

4) Windows and MAC OS will not function correctly if you have pending updates

IF you are still experiencing problems while on pollstar.com

Please take down the following information when passing issue to the Pollstar IT for support.

a) What device are you using? (iphone, ipad, MAC, macbook or PC platforms, desktop PC, laptop, notebook. Also Android devices like tablets, phones)

b) Web browser and browser version (No version of Internet Explorer will work - IE is not supported by Microsoft anymore)

c) What operating system? (macOS/Windows/Linux)


IF using Chrome Web browser  

Please keep in mind that the Chrome ad blocker will cause Pollstar.com to be unresponsive and slow. User's will need to disable this extension. You can use uBlock instead of the Chrome ad blocker however be advised that Pollstar is not responsible for end-user device or device settings, please consult your local IT departments or your local IT support professional.
