Website performance problem (PC)

Troubleshooting Tips for our online customers:

1) Make sure the browser is the latest version.
2) Try accessing the site on a different machine. See if the results differ.
3) If you have any browser plugins/extension, please  disable those services.

a) What device are you using? (iphone, ipad, MAC, macbook or PC platforms, desktop PC, laptop, notebook. Also Android devices like tablets, phones)

b) Browser and Browser version (No version of Internet Explorer will work - IE is not supported by Microsoft anymore)

c) What operating system? (macOS/Windows/Linux)
